OK as of late there has been a mountain of rubbish talk going on in threads that just detracts from the whole idea or purpose of that thread. It's unfortunate that this has happend so I have decided to open this thread. If you don't like what someone has said redirect them here and have it out in this thread, and that will keep the original thread moving in the direction intended. The idea I think is in the original interest of ER in that we are all here to assist others and keep the negative crap out of the way. So here it is.
