I walk into the gym late at night, there is only one person there. There is a damn coat on the stationary upright bench..... I just shake my head at the disrespect for this equipment. THAT IS NOT A COAT RACK DAMN IT! The equipment is not for your latest smart phone with your over priced fraggin head phones and artesian water bottle. Do not sit your skinny ass on it for half a fucking hour, on face book updating your status to working out at the gym. Or talking about how you eat bananas for a post workout to your friend who thinks you know what your doing. Take your shit and put it in a locker... or better yet your shitty Honda civic with monster stickers on the window and spray painted rims.

Oh! I can go on and on about doucebag gym habbits. From the douche who thinks the stationary bench is his personal fucking coat rack, to the asshole who thinks he can hold up 3 machines for himself at the same time, to the asswipe who just sits down on the cable row or military press, not pressing shit, just playing on his fucking phone...... But the biggest prick of them all is the dickheads who feel the need walk around the locker room but ass naked like as if any of us really want to see that shit!!! I take a showere at the gym as do many others because I go in the morning before work. But for God sake; tie your fucking towel around your waist on your way to the shower. And when your done, dry the fuck off in the stall and put your fucking draws on before you come out. Who the hell wants to come turn around the corner and walk into your doucebag ass stark fucking naked!?!? I mean really. And it's almost always theses disgusting 150 year old guys getting dressed slow as shit to.... This guy one time spent a god ten minutes (im not kidding) drying himself off at his locker, but ass naked the whole time while I was packing up my gym bag getting ready to leave.. You don't know how bad I wanted to tell him "dude, would you mind at least putting some fucking draws on already?" " none of us in here want to look at your sausage you homo"...

Yeahhhh!!! Holly shit. Funny you said.. Fucking Old bastards do the same shit at mine to. I'm just dreading the day one of the fuckers actually tries to talk to me while standing there with his fucking sagging ass cheeks & nuts hanging down to his fucking knees. I make sure I just keep a real angry and unfriendly face/appearance so that I do look likke an approachable guy to anybody. It sucks I gotta act like that, but it really pisses me off. It's just so rude and ignorant. How hard is it to just at least put on a pair of draws or tie a damn towel around your waist. SMH!!! You got me started up again.. Lol. ok that's the end of my rant.
