This guy has put on some quality weight lately, what do you think has he hit the gear or not

stl's picture

I'm sure he is but he must have a hell of a trainer.

Drop-set's picture

No, the only people that juice are people on bodybuilding sites. Haha

Of course he juices. Why is this even a debate?

Greg's picture

Without a doubt. But with his money and job requirements (action hero actor) he is probably legally on AAS and gh through a doctor's care. It wouldn't surprise me if Disney was paying for it.

...must be nice.

Actors/celebs have been using aas for a long time. Their physique in some cases is everything. If theyre chosen for a part in a big film that begins shooting in 6 months, and they are expected to play a role that needs to be muscular/fit/overweight/anorexic they will use all means necessary to get that look. Lots of money on the line if they come in and havent achieved the agreed upon shape by contract. Id sure as hell use to help the effort. Top of the line nutritionists and personal training supports this of course.

Dwayne tried to do hollywood as a natural look...still big and looked good, but not the swole ass Rock everyone knows him as. He was not successful. Makes sense he goes back to Hans Swolo to get the parts he is best suited for.

I have no doubt that he juices, especially with him having been so huge in "professional" wrestling back when all of those guys were on massive amounts of gear... Which sent a few of them to an early grave.

BUT with that being said, he did play football for the University of Miami and won a national championship with them in 1991. You can't accomplish that with a very dialed in and dedicated commitment to weight training.

True, but 98% of the population wouldnt look like that with double the hormones hes taking.

Take the hormone away from the Rock what do you get? Likely a 6'4" 230-240lb man with 8-10% bf....a beast. Take the training and diet discipline away from Rock and keep the hormones...what do you get. You get what most of us see in the gym everyday...mild physique changes and not much to begin with.

One of the most aggravating comments I got when I was younger was " Man, if I were your size, Id be in the NFL".... Bullshit. Youd be the same lazy bastard, just a bit taller. Mental toughness gets the credit IMO. What came first the chicken or the egg? Did Rocks work ethic create the body he has, or did hormones create the work ethic, which in turn created the body. Rock was a beast in NCAA football, likely with no AAS help. I was the strongest and biggest I ever was while playing NCAA well before AAS was even in my vocabulary.

Well put. Couldn't have said it any better. That's called superior genetics and a good response to training and food.

TheFlash85's picture

also he has good genetics, he was bigger than heap of people i see on here when he was 15

natural!

juiced

SenseiMiagi's picture

Absolutely good genes. I guess I get irked when people take the stance that juice and juice alone create these bodies. That all one would need ti do is acquire the juice and they too can look amazing. Its a lie people tell themselves to justify their inability to look the way theyd like to look....and minimize what others have achieved.

TheFlash85's picture

all good mate, i completely agree with your posts, the kid above is in good condition, ebc competitor, check his pics, hes 23, obviously he relies on the yolo life style from his comments. with the condition hes in he should know food and training are supreme in the game.

Hustle28's picture

Yup that kid is 23 flash and he's another bostin loyd wannabe for sure

SenseiMiagi's picture

Haha, never checked the pics. Well, if he doesnt know now he will as he ages. Im stepping down from the soap box, getting dizzy...have a good week.

SenseiMiagi's picture

Yes the Rock uses AAS, however he also has a ridiculous training and diet regiman. Story not too long ago regarding how much Cod he eats a day, and a an internet reporter tried an experiment where he ate Dwaynes posted daily diet for a day...tried.

Point was made below, AAS did not get him that body...it only aided an already relentless disciplined trainer/eater.

Pale's picture

That is right, without massive amounts of food and training the gear itself would not be enough to look like he does.

TheFlash85's picture

that link is posted below with the reporter.

yes, but dont credit the gear for it mate, his training and diet is on point, he worked hard for it.

any cycles would be pure speculation, i would assume high quality pharma hgh and presciption test, the rest is unknown, could have good guesses but no need, look at his eating.

TheFlash85's picture

just like BATMANGT hahahahahahaah

TheFlash85's picture

batmangt turned into metalgear then into opticx, all video game characters, you still a med student?
