Seen several people asking about how to split the dose up on caps....go to amazon and search gelatin caps you can buy 1000 for 15 bucks i just ordered some myself.....

Researchsupply on here sells caps also. I fluff the powder like doc said with a blade. I have these tiny measuring spoons that say dash, pinch, and smidgen on them lol. I divided the fluffed pill up in to an equal amount of these and can make an accurate guess as to the mgs. I do what pill heads call a parachute, take a piece of toilet paper and peel it apart to its thinest layer and put the powder in it, twist shut and tear off all the excess and swallow..
I always get mine at the health food store. Any health food store usually has them. Also, I'm talking about splitting my own doses. Making that clear.
AnonHave to keep this clear we are talking splitting our own dose and not talking capping for sale is a violation of eroids and dissing eroids is dissing BFG and the whole communty.
Well Thats what i was talkin bout i cant speak for everyone else Ive just read several post on people asking how to slit the dose....seems to me like you could dump all the pills into a container mix really well then dose each cap to the dose you desire??? But i May be wrong
AnonCaps use "fillers" that separate from the compound. Shipping and simple handling the caps causes this separation. pulling the cap apart and dumping one end may and most likely is going to give you ALL compound in one end/cap and ALL filler in other end /cap.
If this is tru then what are you suppose to do if you get adex dosed at 1mg and want to run it at .25mg EOD? Dump the origional cap out mix it up with a tooth pick then re cap it at .25mg I guess???

I thought it was helpful. I checked them out at amazon and amazon even brought up a capp filler machine and a scale with the caps. just gotta figure out how to make re capping stuff work???
I got my gel caps off amazon...I think I paid $5 for 500.

I dumped some caps and filler was yellow and powder white and like two piles side by side from each end of the cap.
