ad

So I have injured my left shoulder in the past, the first major issue was 11yrs ago in Highschool, then again in college, went thru all the phys. therapy.....three years out of gym....been back in now three years....i'm just starting my second cycle and boom....I hear this squeeshy, pop pop shit coming from my left shoulder....previous injuries were AC sprain, and another sprain. I've been around sport injuires and this sound in the knees i've been told means time to go get it drained/scooped. FUCKIN A!!!........ any techniques you guys have in recovery w/o surgery would be great. I will be giving that shoulder sometime off obviously. Thanks for everyones' imput

I wend through a sternoclavicular dislocation and it wasnt much fun. Put heat on it. Maybe a theraputic dose of hgh as long as its not torn. I self diagnosed and then went to the best shoulder specialist in the region in sports medicine. I was right with my diagnosis. The difference between the ac and sc is that the sc is a capsulated joint and the ac is not. I talk to the shoulder specialist about hgh shots directly into the joing because where it was capsulated it doesnt get much blood. I read a study done by a dr in FL and doing this. She said she would do it if she knew more about it. I bring that up because with a theraputic dose of hgh and constant heat to bring blood to the ac joint it can make for a fast recovery. Also other steroid that promote positive colligen synthesis (I think type 3) can help, you just CANNOT lift heavy while doing it. Just easily rehab it.

Also load up on glucosamine and chondriton. with surgery they would put screws and a plate in if I remember right for the ac.

Does it make that sound all the time or just when you lift say like bench press. I ran into this issue when I first started aas the aas increases strength but the tendons and ligaments are still the same. Have to be careful when increasing weight give the rest of your body time to catch up. No substitute for being checked out by doc. My issue was just strains but you never know. Mine just sounded like that when I lifted.
