Sodium issues
ad
Im sure this just doesn't happen to me. But I have noticed that I am really sensitive to sodium while on cycle. Say for instance today my normal weight is 209. I had consumed some food someone had made at work and it was loaded with sodium. So my weight went up to 214. I feel more sluggish and it sucks. One day I had weighed 205 and went up to 215 in water weight. Water weight definitely doesn't agree well with me. Thank god naturally I piss it all out or sweat it out. But just those few pounds increase in water weight affects how I feel. Does anyone else have experience with this or issues?

GearofWarWater retention blows goat balls for sure. I'm a big fluid retainer too. I've never been unfortunate enough to retain quite as much fluid as you're describing. But I take a nice pharma diuretic that sheds fluids and keeps BP under control. I'd recommend pharma diuretics for almost any cycle if you can procure them.
Yep same here I really have to watch what I eat and I never add salt to anything. I usually cut a lemon up and throw in my jug of water and it does the trick. Lemon is a natural diuretic
Bro im telling you it sucks. I can put on ten pounds of water in less than a day. ITs horrible.
I don't do that much damn .. Is your diet in check eating clean?
No I don't add any salt to meals. All my meals are cooked in the morning for the day.But right now im on a bulk so today a friend cooked fried rice and all kinds of shit. So I ate tons of it. I put on 5 pounds of water after that. So it doesn't happen on a regular basis, but when it does I blow up with water and feel kinda crappy for awhile.
