Safe-mail down for "some" users

Safe-mail says it will be down for roughly 12 hours for roughly 12% of its users (posted 17 Feb, 22:20 EST). Claims for maintnence due to an unexpected problem. Could this be anything to worry about?

I have been hearing bad things about safe-mail for months. I would dump it if I were you. Just use a new service. Securenym or anonyousspeech are still ok.

Is it worth it to pay for these? I've used regular accounts and haven't had the feds knock on my door yet.
Yah I usually use safemail but if anything could happen its definitely worth paying for! thats for sure!

Its all about your level of participation/visibilty. For the average user it may not be necessary.
