I worked in a Coal Mine for 28 years. The short man is the king underground. Honestly some of the best bodybuilders are under 5 7” . The beauty of the sport is do what you can with what you’ve got. If you went down to 180 you’d have one of the best physiques on here. Dieting is just a mind fuck because of the strength loss. I’m battling that now.
