Ronnie Coleman Documentary
That Ronnie Coleman documentary is on Netflix now. In my younger years, Ronnie and Jay Cutler were huge motivators for me. This is not something I’d generally admit out loud, but it was actually a tad difficult for me to watch what he went through, including the Olympia loss, and all the pain and surgeries in the subsequent years. I recently unfollowed him on Instagram because I can’t stand to watch him train in the gym, only shortly after he has major back surgeries and the like, knowing what kind of pain he must be in, and will most likely cause. Also facing the fact that many of us might have to go through something similar, even if it is on a much smaller scale.
That being said, it’s a dope ass movie in my opinion, with many appearances from the greats of the era. It’s undeniable the work the motherfucker put in, and his love for the sport and lifestyle.

def. a good watch. Would reason one reason he was so strong was he started playing sports in school. Esp. shot put and football which lays an early foundation. He was also on the PL team in high school but said he wasnt that good..lol
didnt realize he was injured playing football earlier on and hurt his back squatting. fawk sake two hip replacements and all of those back injuries and still has a positive attitude.
Plus he is getting paid with his international supp company.
And still training.
I've always wondered how on earth he got away with running a tonne of gear whilst serving as a Police officer?! Surely they get tested routinely - urine etc. Plus how did his house never get searched by fellow officers? You can't tell me they didn't think he was using....
jayiskPolice in the States don't care if he is on gear. As long as he performs his job and doesn't have excessive force complaints about him.
Police here aren't going to go after a regular guy they know run a lot of gear nevermind Mr. O. Plus a lot of cops take gear or go to the gym.
Usually you only get caught selling gear is if you start selling street drug's also or you really piss a cop or detective off.
For a short time the city next to me started testing officers but it was cause a handful of cops that were doing dumb shit while being all juiced up and drunk. This drew media attention. Plus it was tied I into a certain Dr and pharmacy.
Once it quieted down test levels were back up. Police never police themselves they stick together. That's like you snitching on your mate for taking gear.
I would rather a cop take some gear and be active and healthy then a fat drunken nasty cop. Gear vs alcoholic. Who is going to be more violent?
