I honesty admire "both", for their honestly. Bostin however, doesn't have much size for the amount of gear he runs. Bostin, seems educated but, had gyno, lactation, up's, downs and even surgery for gyno and fucked up injections. That to me isn't smart expecially at his age. Rich on the other hand is a business professional, hence pushing his sups every chance he gets. Face it Rich is fcking huge, maybe not olympia status, but hes doing something right. There is a dark side to bodybuilding and I applaud them for stepping up and making it known. I don't hate on anyone, its not my place. If I had to pick on though, I like Rich Piana!

honestly in my opinion both are extreme fuckwits bostin a little more. for those of you who think otherwise lets look at bostin some one who did not want to put in any work in the gym, he goes and does a 1 year steroid transformation running insane amounts of gear 3 grams of test etc etc doesn't try to block estro at all and has a crazy gyno surgery , now lets go to his dumbass wife who low and behold is palumbos daughter shall I say more lmfao the guy has a look names after him called palumboisim because his everythin is growing head ears to the point where he looks like a freak even his skin has green tint for fucks sake. so the daughter bostins wife runs like 3 to 4 unknown compounds at a time a big no no to what we preach here and then she wonders why her hair is falling out a voice deeper then mine etc etc. now also listen to how they discredit all natural bodybuilders and say its impossible to do anything in this sport whether in be natural organizations or npc and continue to spread shit saying everyone runs cycles like bostin does which yes do pros run a lot sure. but the amounts of shit this tard runs he will be dead in a few years. let us also look at he gives cycle advice to complete strangers via youtube and facebook and they are assadine amounts like he uses to people who dont know their ass from their elbow about ASs. let us also look at the fact he blatantly talks about purchasing gear all over the place and also shows it in videos and also uses it in videos. then lets look at his fucking arm FUARK the guy waited until it looked like a fucking sausage and was insanely infected before he was like doh maybe ill go to the hospital now. and last but not least why do you think these noobs are coming on here with these insane cycles????? Im willing to bet it has a lot to do with him and its only a matter of time before someone who looks up to him gets hurt because of his fuckwit advice. when i first joined a gym many years ago the big guy who i now know is obviously on gear told me to add a few bananas to my diet when i complained i was having trouble putting on size lol. kinda wish he would have just been honest and said im on alot of steroids but honesty and integrity are lacking in a world where stupid laws dictate what people can do with their bodies forcing the underground nature of steroids leading to massive misinformation and ignorance. As for bostin and Rich i have watched a few of there videos and admire their courage but i fear for the most part the videos probably lead to some pretty stupid first cycles by rookie lifters trying to replicate what they see on youtube.......

I follow Bostin on FB just for entertainment purposes and he is quite reckless with the advice he gives. Saw a status update the other day -- "Tip for anyone wanting to add instant fullness to their arms in a short period of time." I'm sure you could guess what he advised.
