Not takin anything from lou (the man is a legend!) But when he screams ahrnold! Ahrnold! Ahrnold! When bangin those last 3 reps on shoulder press I laugh evertime. And when franco moves that car !
Look at Franco face after he moves the car... I think he hurt himself, because he was trying to pull it while it was in park... it really looks like he was in pain, but trying to tough it out for the camera...
Oh my God the part when Lou screams "I WANNA BEAT HIM" And his voice cracks is HILARIOUS. I lose it every time.
Happens to me, here and there in the gym.. happens to Ronnie Coleman for 10 years straight LOL.. listen to him when he gets ready to deadlift 800 lbs for two reps... he had to scream twice because the first scream was so weak and high pitch.. You think I care what people think.. nope
Oh shit I forgot about that...lmfao!. Now im over here giggling
Awesome. This just made my day
AnonI haven't seen it! I feel ashamed. :( Guess I have a date night with Netflix this week.
