Pics uploading sideways? Easy fix.

I've seen this happen a lot with pics and had it happen to myself as well. It only seems to happen when uploading from my smartphone (galaxy s III) The easiest way to fix this issue is to use a photo editing app to make a few little changes, make it look cool, whatever you wanna do. Then save it and upload the edited image. Then it shouldn't come in sideways!
Aviary for android is my preferred photo editing app.

Or you could change the way you hold the phone to take the pic.
You'd think so but for whatever reason it changes the orientation when uploading no matter how you held your phone. I have the same issue whether I held my phone in landscape or portrait.
Hmmm. My galaxy never gave me any trouble when I rotated the phone.
You're lucky I guess. It does the same thing to me when I post to instagram.
