The question posed back then was how many cycles can one safely fit into a year counting proper PCT. Then we added one or two for the one-offs for "men's health" meds etc.
So our number is 8 or 9. We, however, look closely at "how and what", not just the count. Pretty easy to tell the abusers from those who are legitimately making reviews and simply lost count by one. Infact, if someone is blatantly a whore, he may not even get to 8.
You guys can chime in and suggest a new cutoff and reasons why it should be so. This is your site. If there is widespread support/consensus, we can change the limit accordingly.
I would say it's also pretty easy to tell by when reviews are posted. Anytime a big name source runs a free sample promo you see guys posting reviews and immediately commenting in the SI that they want in. Not all of these are promo whores or fake reviews for free gear, but it's a good indicator that the user at least needs some looking in to.
My favorite are the comments in forums that show up every once in a while asking for +1s so they meet the karma threshold for a promo.

For one, we don't advocate blast and cruise, or a year round blast. 2 or maybe 3 cycles a year is all anyone can do per year if they are following proper PCT protocol.

Lets use this- say " louis theroux" who looks like wheres wally was on here, he joined back in 2011 and has spent 3 hours a day everyday on here, he doesnt lift or use steroids atall but the topic is still his passion, hes an expert on all subject matters due to the time and research he has done and is extremley familiar with the site, community and the way things run.

I get what youre saying @Slowly. I used to feel the same way at first, but recently my mindset has changed.
It’s similar to the debate about whether you should listen to a fat personal trainer. Just because they are out of shape doesn’t necessarily mean that they don’t know what they are talking about, and at the same time the jacked personal trainer might not be knowledgeable about the subject. I know plenty of jacked guys that are clueless about the science behind lifting and just know “when I do this I get big, but I don’t know why”.
Regardless of if the high karma members are in shape or not, they’ve given out lots of good advice to get that karma. It just might be a case of “do as I say and not as I do” for some of them.
Sorry mate but that isn't always correct. What happens is an EXP member will give out some completely incorrect advice to someone on a certain compound for example, that member will assume this is true as the person has 1000's of karma based on what you have just said about it reflecting knowledge. Then that person will thumb them up again also based on this advice often in the hopes of getting into that members good books. It goes round in circles.
A classic I once saw was an EXP member tell someone that Tren Ace doesn't fully start working till the 5th week in...Wtf

Personally I'd say it takes 5 to 7 days when acetate is injected ED to get into full swing. I've run it a lot of times for 4 years plus. Have I done something to upset you mate?
I'm not your mate. You are the one talking smack about what others have said. So I am calling you out on what you said. I have ran tren several times myself. And it is not in full swing in 5-7 days. You may feel it after a week but the true results of tren are several weeks down the road. And the infamous tren insanity usually doesn't hit until week 8-10, just about the time you are really seeing fantastic results.
So what do you disagree with? Do you think tren is in full effect immediately, 2 weeks? What? I guess maybe I need to follow you around for awhile and learn something..
Several members with high karma have had this problem. Many of them are also bullies in the comments while in the end they turned out to be shit. Unbelievable. There are many junk members.
There is so much envy and jealousy and you can understand even just in the comments.
Especially if you have some photos that show how you really are, unlike other members who have never shown up.
As Steve also says, there are many photos of members with high BF but with many thumbs up. There are several members with very little karma (sometimes even 10 or more) without even a comment.
But these are other speeches, Not to mention the reviews.
A nice cleanup in the community wouldn't hurt.
