Nah, even if someone was running a high enough dose to change and improve nail health, they’d have to wait until the base of the nail bed grew up to the fingertip. GH isn’t going to transform already grown fingernails, the nails we see on our fingers are dead.

Good point. I have issues sleeping myself. At 2iu it's possible it may be equivalent to your natural GH, just depends I reckon. Either way it's 2 or 3... probably 3 max for me
I don’t think you, I’m talking about given what I know about you actually ever need to exceed past 3iu. I think 3/4 iu if you’re on larger dose cycles, 1 to 2 iu for maintenance.
2 was pretty good for me, 3 was simply great. But I pulled the asshole move, like I usually do, and bumped it up to 5. That was waaaay too much too fast for me. Live and learn right?

Snitching on myself. I did 7 reviews in 12months but i wont exceed. The orals review kinda adds but the difference felt and results count. Just making up for the long covid time off and wasnt giving credit to sources and products deserved. I know the rules and wont break them and i definitely aint a promo whore, i love to spend money.
