Is there anyone else out there sick and tired of these
ridiculous fuel prices at the pump? Gasoline here in Knoxville, Tennessee is hovering around $3.35 a gallon
while Diesel is still around $4.25 a gallon!
It's bad enough that the inflation is around 10% this year
with grocery prices through the roof as well.
Good thing Biden shut down the Keystone pipeline first
day in office along with canceling permits to drill for
Oil offshore and on US soil. Now we're begging opec
To produce more oil while under Trump we were selling
Oil and Natural gas to foreign countries.
Enough is enough and the American people are suffering
because of it!!!

Hunter was indicted on the firearm charge today, I have mixed feelings about it. He lied about being on drugs on a federal document, but he didn’t rob, shoot, negligently discharge the weapon, nothing. I’m no fan of the Bidens, but he lied on a piece of paper. Personally I have no idea what the penalty should be, but it should be fair. And that same penalty should apply to anyone else who commits the same offense. Our constitution provides that. 8th amendment particularly, but others apply. People spend a lot of time in prison for much less, I don’t think he deserves to be hung out to dry. Just my opinion.
Hunter Biden was trying to pleading guilty to basically same charges as Lil Wayne and Kodak Black. Hunter was also charged with illegal possession of a firearm by a drug addict while Lil Wayne was charged with illegal possession of a firearm. and Kodak Black was charged with making false statements to purchase multiple firearms. They tried to send Lil Wayne for 10 years. Wayne plead guilty to "attempted possession" instead and did 8 months at Rikers Island Jail. Kodak was sentenced for nearly 4 years for false statement until Donald Trump commuted his sentence in 2021. Yes they both probably have huge records but still can compare the charges.
My bro, absolutely. Shit is so far out of pocket it’s hard to keep up. My concern, or thought, probably more of a concern, is whatever deal he is offered and plea he accepts, every American should be afforded the exact same sentence under our constitution. Law is law, it’s not black or white, rich or poor, the constitution covers all of us Americans equally. I just hope the judges make a reasonable decision as it will certainly set precedent for future cases. These are strange times we’re living in my friend, and all this crooked shit our elected officials are doing will reach a boiling point with consequences. I pray it won’t be worst case scenario, but who knows? Peace bro, peace is a good train of thought.
Today? Didn't follow it today. So look I'm no fan of the Bidens either, just like I'm no fan of the Trumps. Hunter obviously has some issues but like you said, regardless if it's Hunter or Donald Trump, everyone deserves fair punishment regardless if we think otherwise. So of course we think similar on that for sure. Seriously I couldn't care less if you're a Dem or Republican, if you're dirty then you're dirty point blank. Too many times I've seen the pot calling the kettle black! Really? Are we living in reality or some kind of make believed world? It's crazy man. At the end of the day if you really look all of those guys or at least the majority of them, they will have some sort of dirt on them. Obviously nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes, just different ones for different people. I favor correction over punishment, if it’s possible to move another human in a better direction, I think that’s admirable. The severity of offense will vary, along with the correction.

Oh I agree 100%, but they need to be careful how they do it. These decisions set precedent, court decisions that follow this will have to be adjudicated in a legally accepted manner. If they “put the fuckins” to Hunter on this, they’ll have to put the same fuckins to a lot of people. It’s beyond my comprehension, but the decisions have to be made with future prosecutions in mind. At the end of the day, the Bidens need punishment. ALL of them, including the rarely spoke of niece, she is culpable. It’s that slippery slope issue in my opinion. Thank hod I’m not a judge, can you imagine having that job? Awful.

We still debate about dems and republicans, neither party has a say. The big money people run this country, make the laws, etc. if the books, the real books, were opened up for all to see, America is not owned by Americans anymore. It hasn’t been for a very long time. We were never a democracy, we’ve always been a constitutional republic, but we’ve been sold. Period. It’s a topic that can go on for way too long, the corruption runs deep, but let’s just say America as it once was and was meant to be is over. It’s not coming back.

Free health care sounds great, although you’re over paying for healthcare every day by how much you’re being taxed. There are 2 ways to fight inflation: Raise the price to slow demand. (e.g., stop producing, make borrowing expensive). Stop the flow of money and we go into a recession.
The other way to bring down inflation is to cut taxes, incentivize production, create an abundance and the prices drop.
Give me Reaganomics over Bidenomics anytime.

Wow... off of work today and decided to go to the gym and I see in front of the gym a homeless guy with a back pack on the ground, holding a slushy in one hand and a 6×12 piece of cardboard in other hand that says....BIDEN BLOWS. Silly but figured I'd comment this when I saw this post 30 minutes prior. Whether Dem or Repub this country is a mess in my opinion.
Well depending on your political leanings you may or may not want to hear why your groceries are climbing higher. But the biggest reason is paying employees more. Increased food cost and diesel are low compared to the extra money being laid out on labor. Cost your local grocery store roughly $70k a month to go from paying $7.25/hr to the $15/hr that people are demanding. Almost as if no one listened when every single actual business owner and economist said that this would happen.
