Personal best lifts?

ad

I wana hear some personal best lifts from all of you guys! Doesn't matter what you weight or the poundage you lifted, as long as it was a personal best that's all that counts! Doesnt matter if it was 5lbs over a previous lift or how many reps, sets you did with it. I wana hear what you guys gave to say! I'm creating this thread in hopes that a lot of people will post on it! So let's hear what you guys got?!?!

*NOTE it doesn't have to be the 3 typical lifts, it can be anything from skull crushers to laying leg curls! Any lift guys.

at your bodyweight, thats better than some pros for front squats.....hummm

This is a 1 rep max, I would never be able to do more than that. But either way without gear I was able to hit 315 for reps, I've worked on the technique side of things for 1-2 years and was finally able to do as much, and I felt like fainting after that 1 rep lol

Also I was hitting 315 on power clean (1 rep) @ 185lbs in high school, so my strength in those areas has always been there. I have my high school record.

I'm sure Pros do wayyyyy more than that and they actually rep that much weight.

Exactly brotha, when do you seem them maxing out? Never seen any care much since it's all about muscle development not just brute strength.

I'm just trying to explain that my lifts I posted aren't shit compared to the Pros.

holy shit!!!!! you are insane

That front squat is no joke though. Really puts stress on my front delts and my wrists at that!

UncleYoked's picture

Yeah I thought the same thing. Tree trunk legs no doubt.

Bassnectar's picture

Sucks buying 38 inch waist pants for a 30-31 inch waist lol

UncleYoked's picture

Lol I was thinking the same thing. I can only wear a couple brands of jeans because of my legs. Drives the wifey wild. I've always had naturally big legs. The gear just made them killer.

Sean John for me bro lol always get them mad cheap at Macy's!

Same thing happened to me with the gear but I've always suffered from "deer" legs since I played a shitload of sports but my progress to fix that is much better.

personal bests right now, are 365 on bench, 385 squat, and 385 deadlift, i wanted to go for 420 on dead lift but my back was killing me so i called it a day, and 165 barbell curl with perfect form

i have hit 415 on bench

raw lifter's picture

Best raw bench with a pause 475. 505 touch and go best set of 5 455x5. Dl strapped 575 raw 525. Squat ha I suck at them and I accept it lol. Biggest lift that makes everyone stare would be 225 for sets of 6-8 doin seated above head tri extention with olympic bar.

Hmmm. Never max out. I'll do it tomorrow cause I like the motivation this will bring

lordoftheoctagon's picture

It's not about maxing out big guy, it can be personal best for a set. You know what I mean? Like let's saying you did 90lb DB row, then you went on cycle and it bumped up to 110lb DB x8 reps. That's still an awesome improvement and a personal best!

I'm hoping alot of people will like this.

j223's picture

335 bench, 455 dead, 405 squat

I do all my lifts raw. I don't believe in belts, gloves, straps, bench shirts etc

skarates's picture

Bench 265x2 dead lift strapped 365x3 raw 335x5 squat 335x3

ScripthookV's picture

I guess I'll answer first:

Bench - 285 x12
Squats - 205 x 8....
Barbell Rows - 225 x 8
