Hard to follow exactly what actually happened here but if the Bank made an error and you keep the money they can go after you for "unjust enrichment". Meaning even though they made an error you still owe the money.
Banks love to make threats but in reality there is little they can do (unless you're still banking with them). Then they just do whatever the fuck they want and there's nothing you can do about it.

I'd still be contacting the bank and informing them of the mistake before the seller starts shouting foul and tries to bring fraud charges or the like against you.
