Nutritional Check

ad

ok so my question is my stool typically is not solid. i go twice a day, and more often than not its sloppy. so i was wondering if there are any members who can give feedback on whether this is normal with my current diet, is my body not processing certain foods properly, am i consuming too much of the same thing, or is there a supplement that may assist with firming up the stool?

this diet is based on cutting. the carbs have been slowly tapered down each week and will continue to taper down for the coming weeks.

Daily Nutritional Intake:
Meal #1: 5 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal, & 1 banana.
Meal #2: 8 oz ground turkey with added sauteed veggies (mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, white onions) & 5 oz brown rice.
Meal #3: protein shake (48 grams post workout) & 15 grams of carbs from gatorade mix (gatorade mix will be cut out completely following this week).
Meal #4: 8 oz chicken, 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal, 4 oz brocoli, & 1 banana.
Meal #5: 8 oz ground turkey with added sauteed veggies (mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, white onions), 5 oz brown rice, spinach, 1 banana (optional).
Meal #6: 12 oz cottage cheese with 4 oz blueberries.

weight: 220lbs (lost 10 lbs from Mar 15th - April 30th)

cardio: 5 hours/week split into 30 min sessions. (cardio's been tapered up to 5 hours/week since last week)

in addition to the stool question feel free to critique or add any input to the above listed diet for cutting purposes.

no, my veggies alternate from brocoli, spinach, & carrots, so there may be a day or two that brocoli is not consumed per week.
