Just an FYI for my fellow lifters. I have a powertec multi gym that is a decent piece of equipment minus not holding enough weight but I found a new use for the bench. Actually the lever bench would work also. The handles are sorta u-shaped and work great as stirrups. Bought to go have another workout on my bench too!

This is a pic of the piece. It's the bench, put it flat, lower handles, prop legs and commence the workout.
