So I did a new muscle for the first time today. Did my pec. Heart was flying before time but let me tell ya...no issues no pain and from the excitement of finding a new place to pin which i enjoyed and cant wait to do the right side on thursday. Shit....i had to go and slam the ol lady to see if it was better than sex or not.....lol...this has given me even more urge and excitement to keep pinning new muscles. Im gonna have one hell of a rotation
