+ 1 knocked out of game for a while
Well fellow eroiders. Not looking for pity but maybe a few words or some spirit lifting suggestions to fight the depression im getting. Dont think ill be hitting gym for some time. Had a real bad wreck. Honestly lucky to be alive. Over 30 stitches in face. Fractured eye socket, few cracked ribs, shattered forearms and a rediculous amount of bruises. Was in hospital for days and now all i can do is henpeck my computer while all drugged up.Was in middle of my bulk cycle and almost had my goal. Need 7 more pounds to hit goal and now all my work feels like it was for nothing. Had great thickness, size, strength but also controlled body fat gain nicely. Hell im proud that they had a hard time getting a neck brace on me. Any suggestions for me? Oh and to the sources i owe a review to, was gonna wait till end of cycle but obviously thats fucked. I will still leave reviews for yas but only for 3/4 of a cycle. Anybody have suggestions on what i can do in gym? Except for painful core due to ribs, i can do legs and my left side of body but dont want to get crazy unproportioned. please help

Real sorry to hear this. I just saw your pic, must have been a nasty crash.
Rest and recover bro the muscle memory will take care of everything when your ready! Good Luck! Wish you well!
soorry to hear this honey... You need to keep moving, do as much or as little as you can manage. Muscle will come back as long as the fascia is kept supple and doesn' tighten up too much. If you can soak in a nice tub with epsom salts weekly or more often if you can, it will go a long way towards helping you. The important thing is to keep moving don't stop and lay down, you are not a quitter, we all know how hard one has to work on cycle to reach out and grasp your goals. You've got a great support system here and you need to use it.
thanks grrrl.
heres a pic to at least go along with story. have others but for security reasons i dont wanna post them. but see,,,,i had some good thickness goin. i was having one of my best ever bulk cycles.

cycoSorry to hear about this brother. Hope you recover well, and get back to what you love to do. You are alive,so GOD has great plans for you. Stay positive, and keep living a healthy lifestyle. DON' T ever GIVE Up,EVEr.
thanks bro.im lucky so someone had my back. And i cant give up. I got way to much motivation from alot of good people on here.
I am completely sympathetic to your situtaion. I was in the best shape of my life and then I broke my neck. I was told at that I would never walk again let alone do in kind of training for fights. I lost all my muscle and being someone who was always considered "a winner or elite", I felt like a crippled baby with no hope. I started going to the gym 2 days after I got out of the hospital halo brace and all. And there was not a day that went by that I wasn't tempted to eat my 10mm. But everyday I went to the VA rehab and did whatever I could no matter how little or much. Now I can do everything that I could before and have built back even more muscle then I lost. The doctors were wrong as they often are thank God. sorry for being so long winded my friend but your post moved me and I believe that with your humility and heart to already take steps in the right direction by looking for support you will come back and not give up. I am pulling for you.
thanks for the words.kind words always help but even better when others can relate. Just from the few posts from you guys truly did help and make me feel better already and got my head on right to go in the right direction
AnonGlad to hear you are ok. Im sure it will be no time at all before you rebound. You'll probably be ready to tear it up in less time than your "time off" was going to be anyway. Good luck and just rest for now
I 100% agree with Irish. Def take it easy on the opiates. Key to using those "successfully" is not taking them every day consecutively, cause if you do- hooked. And then when u do stop, horrible withdrawal detox that makes all the pain your currently in x10! Please believe me. I've been through it. I'm not trying to preach to you but u know what I mean. Just rest brother, what that guy said below me, HGH, idk if you should even do anything right now, but if u were to, that would be it, it has regenerative properties maybe it would help. But then u gotta move around and pin...HGH down the line when your better. For now just chill, and forget about gym, u don't wanna have lopsided muscles lol. Have a speedy recovery bro.
Btw… did u wreck in car or bike?
def good advice from you and irish.thanks. Ive seen friends fall into situation like that and took alot for them to dig out of the hole they made by doing so with pain killers etc.....ive never dealt with hgh but once im back up and running i think now may be good time as any to learn more bout it and run some.
get well bro
Sorry to hear about this.I can relate to what you are going through. When i was much younger I had a serious wreck.Cant really get into details bro but it really was a hellish nightmare. The most important thing is to keep your mind right.Good friends, good people, do whatever you can to keep your mind occupied.I know its hard man but try not to focus on what once was, but keep looking forward to what will be.You survived bro, count your blessings, unfortunately some people arent as lucky.Take the proper amount of time to allow your body to heal.Remember that as many people have said "This is not a sprint or a race, its a marathon".Same holds true not just for the use of gear, but as a whole for life in general.Longevity brother thats what its about now.I didnt allow myself to heal properly and ill be paying for it forever. You will get exactly where you want to be in due time bro.I know firsthand that its difficult and it sucks but always remember it could have been worse.Keep your head up and i wish you all the best on your recovery.
thanks bro and very true. everyone is amazed im here and i thank god big time. So far nobody has been able to immediately recognize me yet but doc says it should all heal nicely in time
TronOne thing to remember bro is muscle memory is there and with the proper diet and a good aas stack you should be back in no time. Best of wishes and I really am sorry to hear about your accident.
hang in there you will get back to where you were just is going to take a little while dont give up
HGH!!!!!!!!
I'm recovering from injury back in April. If uou can roll the cardio bike, then that'd a great one. I couldnt and got jaba the hut fat. It'll burn cals and get ya in gym feeling. Hope ya heal quickly.
i remember you talkin bout that. glad you recovered well. if all i can do is light stationary bike then i will. Wanna try to control diet a little and keep BF in check somewhat. i love food so in this situation.....its not gonna be easy.lol
Dammit bro Sorry man, that sucks. I wish you all the best on your recovery and hope nothing permanent has been done.
