My Systolic and Diastolic BP?

So I've been keeping a eye on my BP for the past week to see whats my ticker like. and I'm just wondering if your checking your BP does your fluctuate?(when not on cycles) I know your diastolic will go up alot when you drink coffee or have any caffeine and that but before I go to bed/morning its always different, If I remember I had 147/90(had some heavy ass arabian coffee!) 140/63 133/61 111/69 131/67 over the past five nights, is this grand or is my BP monitor messed up?? lol thanks.

mine is around 145/80 while on cycle and when not its around 125/75
56tooNo Man, your bp really fluctuates all day long affected by many factors, what u eat/drink, stress (even the smallest amt.), your emotional state at any given time, your environment. You readings look pretty stable to me. I have noticed on cycle it does go up and stays up.
Your BP will be different at different times of the day; and, each reading will be different. Best to take 3 readings and use the average. I wouldn't worry about any singular High reading. Go with the weekly average.
Make sure your using your BP monitor correctly; proper arm position and all.
If your Systolic is hovering around 130-140, that's not good unless that's normal for you. If you get above 140, see the doc.
Yes it will fluctuate depending on various factors. Mine always shoots after caffiene and after I pin. It's an immediate spike and I relate that to nerves. It settles down and depending on the ester takes about 4-5 hours to spike again. On long ester runs it is a gradual rise in BP. Ur # seem good my man. Mine are shit right now. I'm on an oral and my body isn't liking it too much.
