Its crazy what some people eat. When I eat bad,,I feel bad. I do have cheat meals and snacks but I just don't go excessive with it.

I work construction and I see this same shit all the time. Guys will show up with a grocery sack with a couple of sodas, debbie snacks, maybe some peanut butter crackers, and 4 packs of smokes. One fat kid I used to work with would eat 3 or 4 of those disgusting .99 cent Banquet salisbury steak meals every day for lunch. Wonder what his sodium levels were lol.
