alright my injection i took last monday which was 1 ml of test cypionate 250 created a knot and has still not went away i usually get knots the size of this one when i inject 2mls at once and they are usually gone in 3 days or so, so my wife went to shoot that side again today and what do you know she pierced the knot soon as she removed needle it projected a stream of blood out, no puss in it and knot is not sore at all, just wondering if i lost all my gear i injected today when the blood shot out and if it is an absess should'nt it be atleast a lil sore. and should i try reliving the buildup with a syringe or let it disipate on its on? any help will be appreciated thanks guys!

knot is going away now been medicting myself with some amoxacillan ? dont know if it will help but it seems to be

Will do man already tried aspirating it didn't get any fluid at all really I think most of it shot out yesterday hoping it's gone in about a week def not gonna shoot it till it is

tread-mNo d I was referring to the fact that you said you hit that spot last Monday and hit it again last night. You should be on at least a 4 sight rotate delt,delt,glute,glute etc...sounds as though you hit the same area consecutive? Anyway, if you do decide to aspirate, or if you did, and it begins to rise on you again or get sore I think I would head in to your Doc. If you aspirate and there is puss I would take that syringe in with you and it may help them determine which antibiotic will work best for you. Good question's tread, if she did aspirate before injecting, he may have saved all the gear, it could also be the blood came from just a vein and not the knot.

tread-mI personally would aspirate that fluid out. Then watch it for a few days and repeat if needed. If it continues you will need antibiotics possibly soon. With no puss it is probably as KMC says but can still become infected and create an abscess with you hitting there...Why are you doing 2 shots in the same place?
There is a reason why i like 25ga pins and inject slowly.

The slower injection speed, 1ml per minute approx, seems to give the muscle more time to displace the juice. And reduces tearing of the muscle.
