Good morning to all! I feel it's about time someone speaks out. I was taught that in order to get respect, you have to give it. It's a shame to see the way "some"of the members behave themselves. If the shoes fit, wear them. Many have been here for awhile now; therefore, new members look to those as a role model. So where on Earth do you think that it's ok for one member not to do something when, you're doing the exact same thing. That's what I call being two faced. Let's be honest, we all know someone like that. Why is it that some are being banned while others aren't for the exact same thing? Is this fair? Hell no! Mods have a job. A smart man knows that in order to be successful, you need to be able to seperate your friends from work.

You might not like it, but I don't think you can accuse any of our Mods of not being consistent.
I am late to the party but hey! it didnt matter, i see my brother Hollywood directed you to your table, sat you down made you comfy!..... then put his boot in your fkn ass!.. wake up smell the coffee knob rot and realise if you fuck with the MODS you may as well just pack up and go home.
Well now the conversation is over due to banning and as not to interrupt I will say this...I think you meant hypocritical not two faced. I actually haven't witnessed the Mods telling a person one thing and than doing the other to them.
Now as far as being hypocritical well I can't think of an instance at all. Clearly Hollywood has hated everyone with equal opportunity lol. But seriously I have said this before this site is not a democracy it is run as a hierarchy. Despite that it is basically the mods hate shit that starts to clog up the boards with strife and distraction. They are not about politics, religion, or settling personal beefs. They are about making sure Eroids doesn't become a punchline of anarchy.
I am not defending them just stating some well known facts if you have been here for any length of time.

Well once you give advice it is not just yourself you are endangering so I would say that is a serious thing to be called on.
RustyhookerMy approach for calling him out on bad advice was too aggressive at the time. I didn't need to get bonked over it. I voiced n split. But on cycle logs you get someone like Batman posting an article from a lab then mashing words. Some newbs bought into it. Things that look good on paper don't always translate to real life.
Yeah I find it hard not to instantly react myself I have to work on dialing it down for years but truthfully in some cases it is all the penertrates

Let me get this straight... You are calling MODS two-faced? Please give me an example cuz the only friends on this board I have are the other MODS. Personal? This clearly implies that you feel that the MODS do not separate the job from personal relationships so yes it is personal cuz anyone who has been here for a minute knows that I do not have personal relationships here nor do the other MODS. There are members who have been longtime members who have earned a level of respect here and will get more respect than the member that haven't been here long enough to understand how we operate.
Very simply this is not a Democracy. There are 6 of us (plus the BIG MAN) maintaining the entire site and we are not interested in listening to every single member wanting to plea their case on fairness because they don't know how to act... OUR HOUSE = OUR RULES - PERIOD! If you do not like it you can simply move on, doesn't hurt our feelings.

You do not have the scope of reference we have and do not know all that is happening on the board and quite frankly we are under no obligation to disclose anything about our decisions
