Joe ROgan and TRT and HGH
I recently listened to the latest JRE podcast.

Joe Rogan is a comedian who does the color comments for the UFC broadcasts.
A big topic in MMA now a days is the use of TRT>
Its a hot topic as many fighters use Synthetic testosterone, and it is legal, and does not have to be reported to the public past the Athletic commission board.
Now here's the point, Joe rogan late in the podcast declares he is on TRT and HGH.
He states that he uses TRT once a week. HE says he pins 2ml. Does not go on to explain what compound but I was questioning the 2ml part... IDK
He also states he uses One Unit HGH per day.
AT 1 iu even of pharma grade HGH is this enough?
And the 2ml test part?
Any speculation on what he may be using , or if one IU will even do anything?

AnonAlways listen to his podcast..he always sways to the positive when the topic arises..good on him ...his doses are not important-im sure he would up it from time to time-mini blasts..whats important is he is not some lying sack of shit about it,though i can understand why a athlete would be.
2ml of test cyp probably.
Comes in 200mg/mL -- 10ml vials.
So he's running 400mg of test cyp a week most likely.
Prob doing a lot more though, this is just what he admits. Good for him though.

AnonI think thats the kind of thing someone does if they dont want to flat out lie. Sounds like hes just twisting the truth a wee bit but not admitting it completely.
Obama BlowsIf he's on legit HRT from his doc, then 1iu a day would be right around where they'd want him. I talked to a dr and they wanted to give 1.5iu's 5 days a week with the other 2 days off.
