I'm getting ready to do my first cycle and have been reading up on acne. Has any one tried using vitamin A and B2 together?

Vitamin A deficiency can be a cause of acne. Vitamin A works to strengthen the protective tissue of the skin and prevents acne formation by reducing sebum production. Vitamin A is also essential for the maintenance and repair of skin tissue.

Acne is one of the symptoms of a deficiency of vitamin B2.B2 is essential for healthy skin, hair and nails. B2 also plays a role in growth and energy release. Along with vitamin A, vitamin B2 works to improve and maintain the mucous membranes in the digestive tract, aiding in digestion.

Also vitamins can also cause an outbreak of acne when they are taken in large amounts and the body cannot adequately dispose the material. So only if you have consulted your skin specialist about the dose to be taken then go wit the cycle else i would advice to see your specialist before you start taking your medicines.

A lot of those things can work for some people, but for someone like myself it only does so much. I have gone through all prescribed antibiotics and creams. They helped a little. My face would be pretty good but my back would still be all messed up. Just recently the only thing that has worked for me for the first time is 20mg of accutane. I know its a harsh drug but it hasn't even effected my body in any negative ways at such a low dose.

Ever tried finasteride? I've got some on the way and plan on dosing 1mg a night to see if it helps.

I have never tried that before. I know it helps with dht. I would have to try and see what happens

Just fyi finasteride is a last resort option. In males it can cause permanent erectile dysfunction (which my ex got from finasteride and it remained even after he went off it. Mind u he was only 22 at the time). In women it can permanently cause birth defects in offspring. Finasteride should always be a last resort option.

Any kind of soap either scented or not, any face scrub even the mild once's are a complete no no for people with acne. The rest points you have mentioned, completely agree to it!!!
