Is Red Wine supposedly healthy?

ad

A mate of mine brought me a bottle of red wine, and I did research and ect. Saying that red wine is good for the heart and is an antioxidant, so I went and have a few 4 glasses of wine tonight and have talk abut good times with my friends. And I am currently on Mast+Test+HG; currently cutting. I don't know if I should inject my oils and GH tomorrow. Will I be fine? I'm not taking any orals or anything, just Proviron (which is not liver toxic). I haven't drink in s long, but hey Red Wine is said to be healthy.

The ingredient that's gives wine it's health benefits is manganese, niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folate, choline and B-6. The B vitamins run your metabolism,

All of these you can get them from a multi v with out the alcohol

Look into the amount of sugar in the bottle you drank last night, unless you brew your own I would imagine there would be a surprising amount.

Bro, do not drink alcohol while you are on steroids. There is so much information about this on the net you could fill the Library of Congress in the US.

Alcohol and testosterone
The next factor to consider is alcohol’s effect on testosterone. As you likely know, testosterone is another huge hormone associated with muscle growth and is the reason why men carry a great deal more muscle mass than women (since men have more testosterone flowing through their bodies).

When you consume alcohol, however, a substance is produced in the liver that is toxic to the release of testosterone. This substance decreases the concentration of testosterone in the body, resulting in lower muscle mass and definition. So, when you consider all the hard work you put in at the gym, also consider the affects derived from the combination of alcohol and muscles.
