Why don't you just go buy some regular water and give it a vasectomy to make it sterile...Jk...but yeah most pharmacies only carry small amounts and most of the big ones will ask for a prescription even though legally you don't need one. Like everyone else has said you can buy it online...they also sell sterile water in the sinus care section and sterile saline but it says on it not for injection
