Is moneypack really traceable even if you dont present ID on purchase?

I think been safe is better than sorry so that's why I ask. Moneypak is so convenient to use that almost seem 2 good to be true... As a buyer, is it safer to use W.U or Moneypack??? Is moneypack traceable is some crazy way?

even with a camera they still need to ID you.
Have on dark glasses and a broad brimmed hat :-)
The moneypak warning actually says, "Green Dot monitors all activity and reserves the right to block certain transactions."
All they can tell for sure is where and when it was sold, and where and when it was deposited.
Only by camera.....but even then they cannot prove anything. Warnings printed on the moneypak is a scare tactic. Besides...i used a moneypak once and "lost" it. Then a friend sent me a present to make me feel better
