If Your Body Is Broken....
I have a pile of injuries that have added up over the years from sports, overuse, etc. I've lost some range of motion and functionality that I used to have.
My friend has been seeing this doctor that performs something called Graston Technique. This is the real deal for soft tissue therapy. I had 2 visits so far to address some back issues with nerve entrapment in my trap/rhomboid. What a difference after just 2 visits. The pressure has been released from the nerve, I can pull my arm across my chest without numbness in my hand, it's amazing. Going to continue to use this therapy for some IT band issues and a few other nagging problems. if you suffer some nagging issues give this a try.

AnonIm looking forward to reading about this . I had been looking in to that kinesio taping too. Thanks !
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkI'm heading in for another session today, it really has helped a lot in such a short time span.
I need to look into that then I defiantly have some lower back issues that need resolving
How much did one of these sessions cost you?
I've been getting adjusted by the chiropractor too, so for the adjustment and graston it was $45. Without an adjustment it would run me $30. It's worth it to me, finally starting to realize the value in maintaining my function instead of just being big. My doctor's a smart ass but she had a good point, "no value in deadlifting 600lbs if you can't bend over to tie your shoes without tearing a hamstring". So yeah, point taken...time to take better care of myself, this is a start.
