+ 1 "Putting the Cart Before the Horse"
As I wander through this site and all the forums I can’t help but to be amazed at the type of people seeking advice on running steroids. I’m not pointing out anyone in particular, but as a generalization I see too many people on this site asking the wrong questions.
How can a question about what gear to run be construed as the wrong type of question on a steroid forum? Simple… there are just too many people who don’t have a firm grasp on diet, training and recovery. Yet they are willing to inject themselves with exogenous hormone, which they also don’t have a grasp on. This is putting the cart before the horse. Why is it that there is a perception that running gear is going to produce some sort of miracle result? It really isn’t going to do jack for you if you don’t know how to train and you don’t know how to eat. And most people can get the results that they want if they knew what to do at the gym and dinner table.
I would love it if these people would just spend the time perfecting their diet and training. It takes years to get those aspects right. On top of that, new research on diet and training is always coming out so there is no drought of information to soak up. Hell, Dr. Layne Norton has done countless studies on protein synthesis, the effects of Leucine, meal timing, etc. He may come off as a pompous natural bodybuilder/power lifter but there is a lot that someone starting out can learn from his text on nutrition. But instead, a society built on instant gratification seeks the quick and easy way out.
Then there are people who give advice that they have no right to give. You know that guy, the one that has run tren by his second cycle and then all of a sudden is a pro giving out advice on how to run tren. The same can be said about insulin. Let me tell you this, if you are openly giving out advice on how to run slin, you better be a doctor or really have a clue what you’re talking about. At any rate, that type of shit should be kept to PM. Too many people are drawn to the allure of insulin without having a damn clue how to use it, how to stay safe using it, and how not to look like the Michelin Man while running it.
This may sound like me just bitching, and I guess it is. I just know that when I started on my journey I focused my knowledge on the gym and the kitchen. I made tremendous gains just from that aspect alone. When I had the slightest idea that I wanted to run gear, I researched. When I thought I researched enough, I researched some more.
So my point to all of this, if you are going to interact with this community then please have a good foundation. There’s no shame of being a silent member and just researching logs, and other info. I will not give out cycle advice to someone that opens a thread, and I suspect doesn’t have the slightest clue on the fundamentals. And believe me; from some of the posts out there it’s painfully obvious that there is a lack of understanding. Not trying to be a dick, just want people to stay safe while they take the journey on bettering themselves.

good post bro. Couldnt say it better myself. I hear all these people "I'm saving up for my cycle, and researching now." The cycle is the cheap part, the diet that goes along with it is the expensive part. .....you are saving for a $400 for 16 weeksteroid cycle?...reallly......well let me tell you about diet. Figure $200 extra what your spending now on food ever week, times how ever many weeks you plan on cycling. 8 week, ok thats an extra 1,600. 16 weeks, tahts an extra 3200 you should be spending on quality food. Everyone buys thier cycle, has no money then eats mac n cheese, hamburgers and claims they are bulking....give me a break. That is what you should be saving up for. I see people popping whatever into their body. Example: Everyone loads up on armidex for bloat, yet easily 75% don't need it for bloat, they need more water and less sodium in their diet. They need to practiving what foods work for their body, what don't. They need to figure their portion size, timing, the lsit goes on, dietiing takes yaers oif practice, weighing foods, getting timing down.
somebody give this man a point.....bc I cant or else I would lol
