I got home from the gym and took my shirt off before a shower, but I stopped to tell me wife about a work meeting. I'm halfway through the story and I notice she's not really looking me in the eye and she's biting her lip slightly. I ask her what she's looking at and she says my abs. Now you can only see the top half of a six pack because of extra skin from weight loss, but if that isn't validation then I don't know what is. Fucking felt great!
