Okay, so everybody talks about testicular atrophy, basically your balls shrinking, so today I am in the bathroom I looked at the royal area and it occurred to me, I have no clue how big in gods name my balls were before, i.e I have no idea what their size used to be and if they are smaller or bigger now, I mean Size of penis is one thing, every man knows his penis size in every shape and porn, heck I could pick out my penis from a bag of 1000 penises, but my balls, I dont think apart from scratching them over pants every once in a while I have even touched them!! So this said, how do you know if testicular atrophy has happened?

mikeyg4321In cycle my size changes a few times. I've had cycles where they stay small all cycle and other where they get small then bigger etc. Also I wasn't running hcg either. So idk man. However. I do know the feeling youre talking about when you forget their normal size. I notice on cycle they're out of the way then on cycle I get a little chafing going on. Needless to say on cycle is my liking to my size lol

I hope your misses takes care of them the way mine does... She keeps them in a velvety sack behind a glass case for viewing.
There are other changes besides size. How heavy they feel, how low they hang, hard/softness. On cycle, I've noticed changes in all of these aspects. Had a family member get cancer down there and loose one of his nads, so I guess I keep a closer eye on mine.

When I had a brief affair with gear at 27 & 31 they probably lost half their size.
Returned to gear use again at 38 and have not shrunk at all. Used way more gear than I did when I was younger too.
I put it down to simply, one of those things, I doubt a doc would have plausible explanation

Mine atrophy like crazy. I have a buddy that swears his don't. He'll come off a cycle cold with no pct, and the fucker will have 750 test levels within 3 months. Pisses me off. Lol

Maybe a tiny bit smaller than they used to be but honestly I never really paid attention to my balls the way I did now, simply cuz I'm worried they are shrunk or shrinking
personally can only tell the difference towards the end of cycle, maybe 60-80% of the way through, when they are definitely smaller and less firm AND after a week on 100mg clomid when they are noticeably larger and more firm.
all the times in between I don't notice much change

They will feel tight. I agree with you that it is hard to tell (especially at my age since they seem to hang more than anything. Lol!!!) but it seems the structure pulls in tighter and when fully erect one of your balls might pull up into your body cause the sack is really tight. For me I kind of like the tight feeling. Makes me feel younger!!! Off cycle I just have droopy old man balls!!! ;)
