Here's were I'm at Eroid family. I'm currently on the last month of cycle and I feel fantastic. My sex drive is amazing and I have become an overall happy person.

A little bit about myself I'm 31 with 6 cycles under my belt, consisting of everything from test, dbol, tbol, eq, winni, tren, deca...blah blah blah...The list goes on! My sex drive before cycle was non existent.

I have been to a trt clinic before and they have prescribed test to me before, after blood test and such. So I would take that as my test levels were slightly low. The clinic that I went to closed down. Clinics down here are hard to come by and hella expensive.

I do realize getting off cycle will allow my receptors a chance to clear and my body to get back to its natural homeostasis. I also hear that if your just going to blast again, its not worth putting your body, down the roller coaster of getting off cycle.

My question to you is do you recommend blast and cruise or pct and blast again? I do want to have kids again eventually, but don't want to loose gains and the overall sense of well being.

I do realize the blast and cruise method is a life long decision.

Questions: Does anyone run pct farther than the norm?

Has anyone had positive or negative effects from long term cycle?

Has anyone lost a crazy amount of gains after pct?

Has anyone kept a majority of gains while off cycle?

I want to hear some stories Family!

First off, I highly recommend that you don't go the "blast and cruise" route if you are not medically diagnosed with hypogonadism. Blasting and cruising will likely screw up your HPTA and you will end up on TRT for life. No worry about PCT may sound real appealing, but being a slave to TRT for the rest of your life just to be able to function normally is not all that it is cracked up to be. Cycle smart and PCT properly and eventually when you get old, you will end up on TRT, but prevent it as long as possible.

The couple of cycles that I have run I did have "successful" PCT. By successful I mean maintaining the gains from my cycle. My PCT's were not successful in raising my testosterone levels since they were low before I even started cycling (58ng/dl). I should have been on TRT but I just wanted to prolong the inevitable.

How I was able to maintain my gains (even with the testosterone level of a 12 year girl) was through a combination of using SARMS, proviron, eating properly and continuing to train like an animal. So it can be done as long as one doesn't become lazy after their cycle. I was also using clomid and Nolva but looking back on it these were just a waste since there was no hope in rebooting my HPTA (I have secondary hypogonadism). I eventually had to give in and become a TRT patient, I just couldn't function any more with my low T.

How did your training differ off cycle than on cycle? When you say you "trained like an animal", are you referring to longer workouts? Dropsets?Supersets? Higher weights or lighter weights and more reps? Sorry about your test levels brother. Thanks for your Response Makwa, excellent advice!

Straight answer from me here........

If my natty T levels had not dropped due to my age i would still cycle compounds like i always did bro..... the way i see is like this!... time off meaning PCT time makes a man educate himself better about nutritional tactics to be able to keep and hold ALL gains made whilst on cycle.

I check and read mostly every word printed on these boards and there are a fkn lot of people that are relying on the gear far too much... massive stacks,never coming off ete etc,.... i can tell you right here a lot of these folks would have a shit if they dropped their stacks right now due to the fact being they DO NOT know how to maintain gains without drugs and are even paranoid now about even dropping dosages for fear of losing what little gains they have made upto this point.

To answer the penultimate question... YES i can hold gains when OFF or low cruising because i UP the food intake and raise even more aggression in the gym to hit slow twitch fibres which forces the muscle bellies to stay toned and hold onto as much nutrition (fuel + water) as humanly possible.

What i do is simply wind myself up into a bad tempered frenzy/rage whilst driving to the gym...... i slowly put the gear on like a suit of fkn armour and focus on NOTHING ELSE but going to fkn war with the weight, soon as the pump appears that aggression doubles and i am in a mental state were i could kick the shit out of ten men.. but channel that aggression to work so fkn heavy it feels like the muscles are ripping away from the bone...... i never speak a single word during training bro, its pure workmanlike for me every single time...... gym is not to socialise its my fkn church were the war starts and its ME vs ME and i always fkn win.

I think Im going to Pct the normal way and see how it goes. I will eventually get more bloods ran to determine how much of a deficiency I have if any. Then after next cycle, I will determine if the blast and cruise is for me or not. Its it always pertinent to up the drug dosages on each cycle? or were you able to make adequate gains with the same amount of gear on each cycle? Was your post cycle workout the same duration( time spent in gym), as when on cycle? Or do you lessen workout times? Thanks uncle V, for you comment.

To be honest bro i actually use a lot less gear now than i used too when i was younger... i put this down to being further disiplined in proper eating habits... re- gym time PCT i never would change much i.e time in gym would be same and intensity must remain high for me, im not one of these guys that believes backing things down while off or on lower dosage bro... to me its all a frame of mind thing, luckily i am a normally a really highly motivated type of guy in everything i do..... i believe a Positive Mental Attitude is what gives a man everything he wants out of life, no matter what.. business, women,training, big houses, big cars, anything you dream of a solid mental self belief will bring it.

I strayed off subject slightly and meant to say fuck cardio while on PCT... train heavy its far more productive and burns fat faster and for longer than poxy cardio.... heavy duty cardio for me would be 2 or 3 hundred hanging leg raises and a couple hundred incline crunch,s and thats that!... all the machine shit is for women only imo.

TRAIN GNARLY......... LOOK GNARLY!!...........Thats the way for me.

I haven't, but I would give it a shot. Im Running 6.25 aromasin during cycle and post cycle though.

Try it. I run 50 mg a day 25 mg morning and another at night .. Read up on it it's amazing little pill for sex drive IMO

I run it through pct and about 8 weeks after or really anytime my libido gets low. It does wonders for me

I have found HGH along with proper pct and diet go a long way towards keeping the muscle gained during cycle. I still drop water weight but I can live with that.

You already know doing a proper PCT is the right answer here, otherwise you wouldn't be asking. Sure, that first few weeks of PCT does kinda suck and libido does go in the tank but that is the price we must pay for being gods for 12-20 weeks!

Take your lumps, your body will thank you.

How many I.u.'s of hgh do you run during pct? Did you continue hgh through your second blast or did you stop before? Thanks Ice man for your help. Smile

Well, right now I am running low on GH so I am only using 2iu. Last PCT I ran 4iu ED of norditropin occasionally another 2iu per day on top of that of Rips. It was great. I am working on stocking back up a bit and will be ramping back up. Once I started GH I haven't stopped bro. Nearing a year now.

I've been wanting to add GH to my mix, but because of its expense and how majority is fake or under dosed, I haven't jumped the gun yet. Once I get my cash up to standards, I will be all about it though.
