hey brah best cut cycle
ad
Just venting. Hate when people put 90% of their research into their best 'cut cycle' and only 10%
Into their diet. I'm really surprised we don't have more people on this site asking diet advice. Steroids are the cheap part of the cycle, if you are scraping change for a cycle you sure as shit shouldn't be cycling. Good quality food is very expensive and should be accounted in when planning a cycle. Same goes for bulking. Don't think $300 (novice user) for 12 weeks is a lot of money. Your food bill should go up at least $100 a week. So for 12 weeks expect to spend at least an additional $1200 on food. Looking good isnt cheap. And the bigger harder, badder, you want to look the more $ it's going to cost you.

BigBmajI've said it a thousand times.
$100 a week? Shit I wish! Double it! I spend $200 a week on food just for me.
For best cutting cycles i simply go to Uncle's Viking profile & boom. Priceles info there ;)
He's got a very good general guide line posted no doubt. I haven't seen to much of his in depth detail. Just bout the no carbs after certain time, etc.
italia1bruh calm down believe me its because most of us know about our diet but we dont know much abt cycles and thats because of lack of information and being banned information and if there is some info you dont know if it comes from legit and wise person or not. if someone after years training still doesnt know about importance of diet so that person should have some serious problem so take it easy and chill bruh ..
Of course dont forget in best case if u follow perfect diet but not good cycle u will be somewhere like these guys http://www.muscleandstrength.com/articles/my-first-show-how-i-did-it.html
who do natural bodybuilding ..
of course most of us we want something more than that ;)
I see so many people on here complaining about cost of gear and saving up for it from being unemployed. Hell just browsing today I seen 4 alone posts. If you are really saving pennies for gear you are in the wrong game. All I'm saying is food intake is a hell lot more then gear. I see a lot of people on here doing diets that they read in a magazine and follow. Different foods effect different people. Those diets you read in magazines and try to follow are specifically made for that certain individual. Unless you are working hand in hand with a dietician, in person, online, etc it is a scinse all in its own. Dieting is a science. It takes a lot of time and effort to know which foods make you retain water, which food make you look flat, full etc.... Sometimes foods that should work, work and foods that don't work. After you have this all down then would be a good time to discuss cycles.
italia1yes agree diet is a science and of course there is a lot to learn but dont forget that mate reason that we are here is not for diet if it was we were talking instead here on bodybuilding.com ;) but i still agree diet is very important and u are right
