Gym motivation

Soooo.... at early morning gym session today bangn weights. And seen another regular that I fully respect and look up to. One of the guys when I joined this gym several years ago and met him, was like holy fuck this dudes huge... hadn't seen him in awhile, I usually bang 1st shift and he is usually hitn 3rd shift iron....mid way through my training session it hit me..... and I realize fuckkkkk I have out grown my gym bro and am bigger than this dude. Blew my mind when it hit me. Saying all this to pump up the new guys, those goals are achievable, gotta put that work in like a second job. HOSS UP!!!!

Music is my motivation. Some days it's rock some days it's rap, all my days off I listen to reggae and do my gardening hehe

Joking aside, of course, with dedication you can achieve anything in life, but you should also be realistic because not all of us have the genetics to be Mr. O Also, due to unrealistic expectations, beginners either quickly give up or turn to megadosing of steroids because they think that they will reach their goals faster.
