Gym etiquette (me bitching)
ad
Whats up with these young kids at the gym. I had to move 4 towels 3 water bottles and a yeti tumbler off a bench so I could get a set in. What happened to the days when people put their weights up and cleaned up behind theirselves. People are turning my gym into a social gathering I saw one group put in 1 set in 45 min while tying up the squat rack.

backonroidsThan the ones that go to my gym ? Yes yes I am ! I can't speak for you or anyone else as I don't know you lol
One day I hope I can buy all the equipment for my garage and make it a fucking vampire den no one but me in there with my stereo cranked to the top
Amen on the music. Every gym I've been to with music on the stereo has been garbage and full of ads. Every gym without music overhead has people playing their own tunes out loud on their phones. Save me the earbuds and get my own dungeon with no volume limit to get a real pump.
You should see my gym. It's an invite only black powder coated hell hole with nothing but metal on the loudspeakers. Gotta love the vibe
The invite system keeps out the weekend warriors
Nice! But I can't listen to tunes while I train. This is corny, I know, but I see it as a form of personal meditation, and I need complete silence to focus, save the rattling of steel on steel. The most beautiful sound in the world. As much as I love music, I never got how people train to it.
To each his own. For me it heightens my focus but I understand the meditative aspect. That's church as far as I'm concerned.
