This is why so many people have credit card debt, this is why the housing market collapsed, this is why our economy is FUBAR. So many people quit working out just because they don't see results instantly. If they don't see results they just quit.

I see them all the time in the Daily Mail, loving the nice "council house" and defending why they should get everything they get.
