I ended up watching something on Netflix last night (Documentary Film) that was one of the most shocking and disturbing things I have ever seen called American Murder - The Family Next Door.
Its about this guy who basically had an affair with another woman, but he decided he wanted to get rid of his pregnant wife and 2 young daughters in order to start a new life with her. Shows all the Bodycam footage from the Cops from the moment she was reported missing by her friends, and the husband coming home to the house and pretending he nothing about what was going on - right up until the point of him admitting killing all of them.
The Astonishing thing about it all was the way the guy acted and came across, not for a minute did I suspect he did it or was lying about it - he came across as just a quiet, harmless guy who loved his kids and was worried for his wife. It was only in the polygraph test where he began to lose his cool a little and seemed a little off - but you could still put this down to him being nervous.
The most disturbing thing was how he did it all though at the end confessing to it all, I just cannot for the life of me understand how anyone can do this or even begin to carry it out in such a calculating and emotionless demeanor. He strangled his pregnant wife in bed when she came home from vacation, loaded her body into the back of his truck and put his 2 daughters (still both alive) next to their mothers body and told them she was just sleeping. He then drives all 3 of them for an hour to a couple of huge oil wells (cylinders) that he worked at. He bury's the wife in the ground infront of the children then walks each of his 2 daughters up to the top of the oil cyclinders and by all acounts throws then both in alive so they basically would of drowned to death. I just find this so completely and utterly fucked up???!! Now I get how its possible to end up hating your wife if she at least had done something bad towards him like cheated or took all his money even though she did nothing at all wrong to him, BUT to literally kill your two young girls like that and carry on as normal - I don't see even for the most evil minded people how this is even possible????
It all took place in 2018 in Colorado, she was called Shannan Watts if any of you live near there or heard about it at the time. He is called Chris Watts and is currently doing Life for it, just missing the Death Penalty.

Can you even imagine how the girls parents felt sat in court at the end watching him being sentenced, after what he did to them all. Tbh it must of been pretty awful to be the parents of the guy too knowing what your son has done. His life in jail must be hell, surely people will of got to him knowing what he did.

Shocking to think he could of even got away with it too, his neighbours doorbell footage recoreded him loading his wifes body into his truck during the early hours of the morning. Surely everybody realises that half of homes have Doorbell cameras on them nowadays. Although less common in 2018 I guess.
