This is what I was trying to say bcuz I been reading vike saying tired of knuckle heads not getting it guess I just wanted to say my appreciation without nut hugging I know a lot of members on here that help in forums and they get tired dont bcuz I'm sure there's a lot of members who care about the knowledge you can gain from this site not just that but the drive and mindset a lot of members keep you motiveted even if you don't know them in person all it takes is words from the right person to make you look at things different. Sorry about rant I just felt like sharing watched a lot of love films with Wifey today lol.

Has you well know everything i bring to the boards is from pro-active self-experience spanning many years.. hell!. i dont know how to copy and paste lol and medical journals blow my fkn mind... at the moment i have 19 trophies and medals tracking my comp exp soon to add 4 more this year with a real biggie that i have been hunting for years but as always just been out of my grasp.... maybe, just maybe this year will be my time.. i am so hungry for it i can taste it... 7wks out from the first qualifier and im tightening up very nicely and all things are on track if i can stay focused and keep away from injuries everything should be fine.
