comp help!!!!

ad

K so my goal from this day forth is to run a pre comp diet and training regimine once to twice a year. It has been my dream ever since I first saw an arnold movie to compete atleast once in my life. Im not a weekend warrior I live and breathe.bodybuilding. while at work all i do is daydream about going to the gym as soon as im off. I've done ok so far and I keep saying I can do it on my own but I cant. I am not ready to compete yet but i want to run a precomp this spring or summer so I can get used to what it feels like and so i know what to do when i feel i am ready to compete. I have read online journals ordered books and talked to ifbb pro rod kertchins. Went to college near me. But communication is slow and its time i ask the experts. I do not know anything abiut carb or sodium depletion or pre comp training so i am asking all the vets all the pros anyone who has ever competed or now competing to help me with this. Reading online is one thing but having constant communication with people who have lived it and can tailor something specififally for me are two completely different things. So eroids I am asking for help. help me achieve my goal. Any helpful comments are welcome and plz Fr me and pm with any and all help. Happy new years and stay swoll.

Hey mate beleive it or not it is actually a very simple process to diet down for a comp. Now it's hard but simple is what I should have said. If you know an IFBB Pro all though the correspondance is slow I wouldn't discount it. As Irish said Viking has a wealth of knowledge in regards to pre comp diets. I have also done a few as well. I am more than happy to help out as long as you aren't wasting our time. I have assisted people in the past only to find out they went along and did their own thing beacuse it was getting too hard to continue the diet.

I assure i will not be wasting your time. I do not have perfect genetics and due to my height I can only out on so much mass. This has been a life goal of mine ever since I was little. I will reach out to those people thank you guys for the point in the right direction

I'm not Viking or Suzy or Phil but if u need some help holler at me. For the hardcore tricks please go with any of those three. They're living it. Xvbeast knows a thing or two as well but is natty. But he looks fucking amazing. Pick everyone's brain and in the end use ur brain to follow ur heart.

Two hard cutters per year. Soon as date on calendar marks fake comp....bulk. Use rebound to add raw mass. Gotta get used to the calender and bust it. Natty cutter...no gear! Natty cutting makes that food absolutely the MOST important part in bodybuilding. If you can natty cut/shred then on gear is amplified. Cycle on your bulker. Whats your strengths? Can you get hard cut? If you can natty shred then its about picking a weigt class. My old sponsor was smaller in bulk than i was but he ALWAYS won the lightweights because he could shred like no other. Amature comps aren't as crazy hard as the pros obviously. They want/look for the symmetry and scoring but stage presence says a lot. Mark that calendar and do it! Work that diet
