Been meaning to share this because tracking my labs used to be a mess — PDFs scattered across emails, no way to see trends, and I'd basically forget my last numbers by the time I got the next panel.
I started using Claude to organize everything and it's made a real difference in actually understanding my health instead of just glancing at a sheet once and filing it away. Screenshot of my setup attached.
Here's the system:
I drop in the values from each panel and have it build a running table across dates, so I can see how each marker is trending instead of looking at one snapshot. The markers I track most closely: lipids (total, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), hematocrit and hemoglobin, liver enzymes (ALT/AST), blood pressure logs, and estradiol when relevant. Seeing hematocrit creep up over three panels is a lot more useful than seeing one number in isolation.
What's actually helped:
It flags when something's moved meaningfully between panels so I know what to ask about or keep an eye on. I can ask it to explain what a marker means in plain language when I don't recognize something. It helps me put together a clean summary to bring to a doctor or to know what to order on my next panel.
The bigger takeaway isn't the tool, it's the habit. Getting baseline bloodwork, then re-testing on a schedule, then actually looking at the trend, that's the part most people skip. The AI just removed the friction that was making me skip it.

After the data is organized, it can analyze the trends across those dates to point out where numbers are improving, where they are holding steady, or any specific areas that are moving outside of standard reference ranges.
This works for DECA scans and any other statistical information you want to track and summarize in a meaningful way.

I first created a project and prompted this: This is for you to organize into a visual representation of trends in my blood tests. Analyze each attachment with the date and the results of the lab test and put it into a visual representation of my lab results.
Then i said "If the measurements are different, convert them to be the same"
Then I pretty much uploaded all my labs and made small adjustments on what I wanted in the master sheet. etc.
pull the changes into a side-by-side tracking sheet you can keep adding future and past draws to (i have labs from earlier i havent uploaded yet)
