Thank you man. I remember some of your pictures.. that means a lot coming from you. It's much harder to be lean...takes way more discipline than just...take steroids..eat a bunch..and lift heavy...those things are easy and enjoyable...it's enjoyable to bulk...but...ever since I got this lean..I don't want to be any other way...it's just so much better. I enjoy life more. I get lots of compliments daily. And anyone that says they don't care what others think are lying...of course I care! It's why I work so hard at this...and I'm very happy with my physique...if I lost ab visibility I would no longer be happy...I had a bmi done this morning that said I was at 3% ...those things are usually off a bit though..I definitely don't think I'm at 3% ... But.. idk...
