Alright juice rules if you use it properly. Gregg Valentino, the man with the biggest biceps in the world took it like candy. Not only that he pushed his arms so much to the extreme it backfired on him. He even has a 5 second rule for needles. Lmao. Thought it was an interesting video for most who don't know him. Enjoy.
