I have a local esthetics office near me where they do botox and shit and they offer b12 shots. No script or bloodwork needed. Its a lil pricey compared to how cheap it is to buy a bottle but is as easy as scheduling an appointment. I did a series of 4 shots in a month. 1st shot didnt feel much but the 2nd and 3 rd i did feel much better. Maybe it was mental idk but worth looking into.
When I was sourcing the Ampoules it turns out you can get these Shots from a lot of local pharmacies - although it's a walk in appointment you do still need to show them proof of a prescription that you require additional B12 and they will gladly take £30 an injection from you!!! Daylight robbery when you compare the price of an Ampoule on here!! I recently got 25 Dodex Amps for £70 from a source on here
KickinhardIm going to get this aswell!! This sounds amazing. I suffer from a lot of the signs of low b12. Dunno how id feel with a huge surge of energy tho as i suffer from anxiety so might not pin as much as you press
It doesn't make you feel anxious or edgy mate - it just makes you feel really good and positive
You need to do 1mg per time, this is always the full ampoule or 1ml of the vials.

When my B12 was dangerously low I was always out of breath just walking to the car, constantly feel tired and can always sleep, darker urine as there is no B12 stores in your liver, foggy minded and hard to concentrate, sometimes blurred vision and headache. Once you get a few amps in you and a build up you recover so much quicker between sets as your blood holds more oxygen. They stimulate appetite and ghrelin too as soon as you pin them!
