Funny stuff ... Theres this dude I work with. He works an off shift so I dont see him daily but at least twice a week. The guy weighs 140 pounds wet with boots on. he is nonstop asking me what he can do to put on "lean muscle" ! Ill walk in the break room and dudes got a bag of mickey ds suckin down a 64 ounce soda.. I told him last week I dont want to here his b.s. questions anymore ! Askhole

Sounds like evry dude at my job.5hey ask I tell them and then they do the opposite and then come back and ask some about something else.I had to tell a couple guys not to talk to me about the gym.I'm a beast at 220 and these guys are out of shape u would think they would listen not that I know everything just more than ave.. joe.
