just got myself a P/B blood lines american staffordshire terrier..its a male and was the cheekiest out of the litter of 9(i had second pickings)was also a exact copy of its staunchly father the breeders where upset that i had picked it..think they wanted to hold onto it a little longer and got upset that it got snapped up that quickly,very proud to have him..very smart dog with a huge appetite..any other dog lovers out there on the forum?

Big time dog guy here. Male German Shepherd that I trained and titled SchIII. Female Malinois that Im training now for personal protection dog for my wife
AnonNice I have a dutch shepherd I am working with on her bh and then we are prob going to go over to psa .... she is belongs to our business as a security dog.
How far along is she? Its pretty cool to find another working dog person in this forum.
Anonwell, we were all set at the beginnig of last fall for an early PSA PDC sleeve trial and a string of unfortunate occurrences kept us from training so we are aiming at our BH at a june trial and depending on how the bite work goes the PDC sleeve by the end of the summer. This girl may or may not go any farther she has some tendencies to be a touch nervy at times. She really is good at what she does for us as far as the business is concerned though and that really is her purpose in life. This is more for me for the next working dog.. I absolutely love it.
There's absolutely nothing like it once you get hooked. Our mali is 18mos and has nice formal obedience, right now we are teaching object guarding. We have high hopes of trying ring sport. Which breed is your preference
Anonlove french ring ... but I like how "real" psa is .. every breed has its advantages I think .. GSDs are slow to mature but will work themselves to death for you, Mals are wicked smart and fantastic worker and mature much quicker than GSDs. Dutchies are exceptionally smart work when you want them and can turn it off when you want them to.. FCI lines don't mature as fast as KNPV lives but what I love the most about them is they way they "think and learn" .. I love them all.. this is the first dutchie I have worked with .. I've had east german czech GSDS.. lol I d take any of them lol.. and I have a whole friggin pack if I could ;-)
I had a red nose pitty (Zeus) and a blue american staffy (Missy). The biggest mistake I did was getting a second dog (missy). She corrupted my Zeus and ruined our close friendship. Individually i Loved them, as a tandem they killed my life and my back yard. Sadly I gave away both after my daughter was born. I trusted them 100% with me but 99% with my wife and daughter and was not going to wait around to see if that 1% of uncertainty will eventuate. Both are happy, living in different states but i still keep tabs on them
New addition, wife rescued a great Pyrenees from KY. Neighbors were using her for target practice. Really.......... Who does that?
I have a pitbull/retreiver cross!! big and strong enough to nail burglers then retreives them so i can the give MFers a beating also!!

I have a staffy to she's a little truck, my wife gets the shits about how fussy I am with her diet and exercise lol.. she's fit healthy and happy as... maybe a little to spoilt but.. sometimes she wont listen to my wife and just sits at my feet and makes the wife mad lol

AnonCongratulations bro, your going to be stoked! I have two of these dogs, best breed Ive ever had. You wont want any other kind of dog after having these! I also got the pick of the litter, turned out to make a difference as they really do grow up to be more handsome than the others, IMO.
Well I have a 135lb Rottweiler and my wife has 2 chihuahuas that weigh about 10lbs between the pair. Of course the female chihuahua is the boss. But love my rotty more than anything.
I have 2 dachshunds. I had 3 but had to put one down last wednesday :( . They are very cool dogs for being small.
Shit Sucks when they gotta be put to sleep. I love dogs they will never screw you over and always love you no matter what.

Thanks, but I'm not ready to yet. She's only been gone for a month. The sadness of her passing hasn't quite subsided yet. I don't think it would be fair to her memory or to another dog to use it to bandage the pain of her passing either. That's just me though. I loved my pup that much.

I just got a black sable eastern german shepherd. He goes everywhere with me.
AnonI bet he is beautiful.. I had a red sable eastern gsd, working k9.. he died last may, I miss him lots, we've got a great dane right now and a working k9 ..I can't say what she is because she is still pretty rare ... but I love the dogsnot outta her and the dane is just so goofy.. don't see how anyone couldn't love him.
My best friend was a pit bull/lab cross. She recently passed away. The saddest fucking day of my life.

Dogs rule!! Family has bred English Mastiffs for 20+ yrs. big babies until u put a fence up or walk into the house uninvited! Your fucked!! The wife and I have 4, that's right 4!! Two golden retrievers, a great Pyrenees femal rescue 1 yr and 100 lbs and then the pug! My baby girl! This 13 lb snoring monster is head of the house and everyone knows it! If I'm not working, training, or having a little fun the wife I've got a ball attached to my hand! Lol
