Acne products?!?
Well I've noticed you can have 22in+ ripped the fuck up arms with traps up too your ears with DDs as pecs and a ripped up set of abs with veins all through everything.. Also with a 12 inch third leg but if your face has craters or your whole body looks like a dalmation but pimples as the black dots.. All that hard work looks bad and the face is most of the time the main thing people look at or your body then your face! So I have tried a couple acne products and some work an some dont.. So I want you guys to share what you use or have used to help this problem!! I know this comes through people's mind alot on here so share with us what helps you!!!
I've used the product Obagi and its like a sequence of different bottles (cleanser, toner, skin bleacher, exfoliate enhancer) i use that with some Retin A to mix with last step and it has worked wonders in the past 2 weeks!

May not be much help but I suffered with body acne for a few years (way before I got on the gear) and it took me a while to realise that all the products I relentlessly put on my skin were hindering the improvement rather than helping it. My skin would think "what the hell is this?! Better produce more oil to protect myself!" Now it is all relative and I'm not saying that things that work for some people won't work on you but I found this.
Eat low GI food, this will mean less insulin spikes in blood sugar levels creating less fluctuation
Zinc 30mg
Fish oils 9g of EDP DHA
Probiotic pill (shown to improve inflammation in digestive system)
Wash with a mild shower gel
Find out how often cleaning yourself works for you. Too clean can cause over oil production, not enough can cause bacteria.

GearofWarFind a shampoo that contains ketoconazole. Nizoral used to be the go-to but it's über hard to find now and hella expensive because its discontinued. Ketoconazole tends to work well for juice heads like us because its an antifungal typically used to treat ringworm, and other types of fungal infections. It also has the unique benefit of creating a local disruption of the DHT pathway. We all know that Testosterone is converted to acne-causing DHT by the 5alpha-reductase enzyme. Well, as it stands to reason, ketoconazole when applied to the effected areas of skin will inhibit DHT conversion to acne. Give it a try, it may be just what you're looking for.
I Just started using this soap product a few weeks ago "The Brand is SHEA MOISTURE" the product is AFRICAN Black Soap with shea butter for acne prone and troubled skin.Dries up the nasty oil and greasy feeling nicely.Also is working wonders on the few monster zits i get on my back and shoulders.Literally dries them up within about two days.Started using it on my face as well and its clearing up the clogged pores from excess oils.I was doubtful at first because its only a natural soap product but it is working perfectly.Its great stuff if you can find it.Found it at a store locally and its inexpensive....

i have tried all the acne products except for accutane and all of them have made it worse. i started using this soap from wal mart. it is just a bar soap called yardley's almond and oatmeal. its really cheap, 99 cents. used that and tanned just once a week and every last bit of acne was gone in a few days. give it a try

they might. i have checked walgreens before and they didn't have it. they have aveeno which is similar but it didn't work nearly as well, it has to be Yardley's oatmeal and almond. i know all Wal-Marts should have it.

I've used sulfur soap.... seems to work well. Only thing is about 2 hours later your skin has an unpleasant odor, smells good while in the shower though :(

Where did you use it to clear up brother? Also how long until notciable results?
It will clear my face in a day, no shit. My back will get very close to clear, but will have a few come up and clear quickly during use. Chest works the same as my back.
