Weight loss, what to take??

Hi I wanted opinions on what to take to loss weight, burn fat, and suppress appetite. I have taken ephedera for years and I think it doesn't work on me anymore even when I stop it for while. I heard possibly clen, t3, anavar, DNP...any thoughts or suggestion? I am 5'3 and 135lbs

the same thing is going to happen with whatever pill you take .. it will work .. you may screw your endocrine system up however, you probably already have given you've taken ephedra for years and it no longer has any effect.. you will take the pill you will lose weight and then you will gain it back ... you need to consider changing your eating habits instead
Great point (as always). There is no quick fix or magic pill. Diet, hard work, discipline, and patience is the only way to loose weight and keep it off. Thanks again!
Don't mess with clen, t3, or dnp! That stuff can kill you! Diet, cardio, and maybe anavar if the training and diet are in check

waltrAfter realizing this is in the ladies lounge I feel like a douchebag (slash) / dumb dumb.
Diet is really the key to weight loss and oftern includes a lot of experimentation to figure out what works best for the individual.
As for the drugs you listed I would still not advise you to jump on any of them for weight loss and would first get the diet/training regime worked out to an effective plan.

They don't have anything on their profile is why I said troll. Age and sex are going to be extremely important to be able to give help that doesn't hurt them.
